HR Director

Liz Rousou

I collaborate with leaders to deal with high profile and sensitive workplace issues; such as HR transformation, large-scale restructures or individual complex cases.  I developed a passion for supporting with these issues as a Strategic HR Business Partner and Head of the HR Advisory Service at the House of Commons; having been involved in dealing with high-profile, sensitive issues in the public interest.

I provide HR and Governance services to educational settings, councils and private companies.  I am also a non-legal Employment Tribunal Member for central London.  My qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management, Chartered MCIPD and the Advanced Certificate in Investigative Practice.
